I will prefer PT to IMS but

I will prefer PT to IMS but you should take your decision after visiting both the local centers. Try to get as much information you can collect about the faculties. Material and test/mock wise both stand equally so you join where ever the faculties are good and the supporting staffs are up to the mark. Even you can go on asking to attend few classes before making any payment and that way things will be much easier.
